How it works

The FGBMFI Indonesia team will prepare, sign and stamp the official invitation letter for you.
You will receive the signed letter at your email address within a few business days.
Print it and present it at the Indonesian embassy/consulate together with the other documents requested by the consulate (valid passport with 6+ months, flight reservation, accommodation, etc.).
The letter is provided as a supporting document only. Visa issuance remains at the sole discretion of Indonesian immigration authorities.
